GRANT OF RIGHT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS

I agree to grant the Connecticut Festival of Indie Games unrestricted rights to use photographs that may have been taken of me and/or my products while at the event, for the purpose of ongoing website and other promotional purposes, so long as they are in good taste and do not display any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), unless I submit a written request to remove specific photographs that have been posted.
